Best for a first visit.
This was the farmhouse kitchen. The vault is original, the floor is not: we laid new terracotta by hand, one tile at a time, and let the lime dry for a winter before the first guest.
The door to the court is the only large opening. Keep it open in the morning and the room fills with the sound of the fig tree and not much else.
